Hello, we wanted to make you aware that from 1st March there will be a £20 missed appointment fee if you do not turn up for your appointment, or it is cancelled with less than 2 hours notice.
We understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances mean you may not be able to attend, but sadly we have over 200 appointments missed every month, which means hundreds of animals cannot receive care from us when they need an appointment.
Thank you for helping us best use our appointment slots to care for Newport's pet population!
