Debbie Cooper

Debbie qualified from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 1996 where she also studied animal behaviour. Since then she worked in various mixed, farm and small animal practices mainly in mid Wales and Shropshire. She has worked part time at Summerwood vets for 6 years. She particularly enjoy surgery, working with cats, even the grumpy ones, and working with our elderly patients who may not be so pretty but are still very much loved. She now lives near Brecon with her three children, 2 dogs, cat, several sheep, ponies, cows, chickens, one old pig, and her partner Chris! In her spare time she likes to try and garden with the help of her chickens.
