Jenny Simmons

Jenny was brought up near Bristol, qualified from The University of Bristol in 2016, and then worked in Somerset before joining Summerhill in 2022. She enjoys all aspects of surgery, especially soft tissue surgery, and has undertaken further study with The University of Nottingham to achieve her Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice. She enjoys teamwork and leadership, and was the Head Vet for a year in Summerhill Newport before taking on the role of Clinical Director in February 2024. 

In her spare time, she enjoys hunting for good coffee/cake, socialising with family and friends, and exploring - anywhere from the Brecon Beacons to the Canadian Rockies!
