Sarah graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2004 and since then has worked in farm, equine and small animal practice. Sarah joined Summerdale in May 2020 as a locum vet and liked it so much she never left!

Outside of work she enjoys looking after her sheep with a little help from her three red Welsh Sheepdogs. Sarah has a special interest in Animal Welfare and is a member of the Wales Animal Health and Welfare Framework Group which advises the Welsh Government on animal health and animal welfare matters.
